Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process and guarantee a seamless, positive experience for candidates.

• Ensure effective communication, prompt feedback, readiness of interviewers, and structured interviews.

• Develop and support the talent acquisition strategy.

• Foster relationships with hiring managers and create and implement sourcing and recruiting plans.

• Determine position requirements and sourcing strategies.

• Guide and mentor hiring managers on recruitment best practices.

• Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and oversee candidate statuses.

• Identify optimal sourcing channels for various positions and skill sets.

• Conduct screening interviews, assess skill sets, and evaluate organizational, position, cultural fit, and language, preparing shortlist briefs.

• Serve as the main contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain Talent Acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts.

• Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verifications.

• Assist with Employer Branding initiatives.

• Develop a social media strategy to advertise open positions.

• Actively source talent through appropriate platforms.

• Create and update recruiting reports and analytics.

• Lead and engage in talent acquisition projects and initiatives.

• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts.

• Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or a related field.

• 5-7 years of in-house recruiting experience.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing techniques.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Proven ability to devise innovative strategies and methods for recruiting and identifying top talent.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of good clinical practices, and relevant Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations/guidelines.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Poland.
