Senior Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist the Capabilities Assessment Branch.

• Conduct systems engineering in the IAMD domain while collaborating on architecture analysis initiatives.

• Create and simulate operational concepts, along with performing related data analysis.

• Supervise and enhance integrated simulation tools for wargaming to facilitate IAMD analysis within the Nimble Fire and JRICM applications.

• Define IAMD objectives, methodologies, measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and measures of performance (MOPs).

• Develop algorithms utilizing tools such as EADSIM and WILMA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in an engineering discipline.

• A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in IAMD or a related field.

• At least five (5) years of experience supporting the Joint Staff, OSD, Service HQ, or CCMD HQ.

• An active TS, SCI, and SAP eligible security clearance.

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• Proficiency in IAMD systems engineering, architecture analysis, modeling and simulation, operational concepts, data analysis, integrated simulation tools, wargaming, Nimble Fire, JRICM, EADSIM, and WILMA.
