This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, customize, and integrate systems that support contracting, procurement, and revenue operations.
• Take ownership of Ironclad intake forms, workflows, approvals, templates, clause libraries, and agreement data.
• Manage Ironclad users, permissions, and SSO to safeguard confidential and privileged information.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and establish scalable administrative and support processes.
• Troubleshoot system issues, oversee vendor escalations, and provide training to users across different teams.
• Create and manage integrations between Ironclad, HubSpot, Ramp, Hex, and other business systems.
• Utilize the Ironclad API and other integration tools when native connectors do not meet requirements.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, retries, and operational visibility for integrations.
• Identify and automate manual workflows across Legal and other business functions.
• Develop dashboards to track turnaround times, backlogs, contract values, renewals, and expirations.
• Enhance data quality and consistency across interconnected business systems.
• Generate reports on workflow performance and operational priorities.
• Manage release processes including testing, owner sign-off, scheduled releases, and release notes.
• Coordinate system modifications and set standards for testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Establish secure AI integrations with Ironclad and other business systems.
• Collaborate with Legal and technical stakeholders on AI and automation initiatives while ensuring access controls, confidentiality, and permissions.
• Over 5 years of experience in Legal Systems or a comparable technical operations role.
• More than 5 years of experience working with Ironclad.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Proven track record of building reliable integrations with monitoring, error handling, and retry logic.
• Understanding of contracts and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and capacity to collaborate effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, and technical teams.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Required to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone and be available during agreed working hours.
