Senior Systems Developer, IT Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain custom integrations that link NetSuite, Coupa, Leapfin, and other financial systems.

• Recognize and execute finance-operations automation utilizing coding, iPaaS platforms, and AI-enhanced tools.

• Collaborate with the Finance Systems team as the integration specialist for procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger processes.

• Lead the requirements gathering process and convert business needs into technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and field-mapping documentation.

• Develop event-driven automations, webhook-triggered actions, and bulk data synchronization processes.

• Implement monitoring, error management, and retry systems to ensure production-level reliability.

• Assist in integration development and testing during the implementation and enhancement of NetSuite, Coupa, and Leapfin projects.

• Work alongside consulting partners and vendors to address technical integration needs.

• Document integration architectures, data flows, API specifications, and troubleshooting guidelines.

• Maintain compliance and security standards throughout financial data integration points.

• Investigate and utilize AI-driven tools to hasten development, enhance consistency, and create automation opportunities within finance operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive proficiency with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, or Boomi, including workflow/recipe creation, custom connector setup, error management, and performance enhancement is essential.

• Hands-on experience with Ruby, Python, Golang, or Bash.

• Direct experience with financial systems including NetSuite, Coupa, or Leapfin.

• Strong skills in system analysis.

• Comprehensive knowledge of procure-to-pay, revenue recognition, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger workflows.

• Proficient in REST and GraphQL API standards.

• Familiarity with OAuth, API tokens, and SAML authentication methods.

• Experience with webhooks, event-driven architectures, bulk data processing, and data transformation.

• Understanding of compliance and security best practices for financial data integrations, including SOC 2 controls, data privacy, access management, and audit trail requirements.

• Demonstrated interest or practical experience in utilizing AI tools and techniques.

• Strong desire to improve skills through the use of AI.

• Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms such as Workato, Celigo, Boomi, or Okta Workflows.

• Background in a high-growth SaaS company.

• Familiarity with Workday, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

• Experience in supporting internal or external audit processes related to system integrations and financial data flows.

• Experience in implementing AI-driven automation in finance or enterprise systems.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions.
