Senior Systems & Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the administration, configuration, governance, and ongoing enhancement of HubSpot and Spryker’s broader systems ecosystem.

• Convert business needs into scalable system solutions, including integrations, workflows, automations, and reporting enhancements.

• Ensure data quality, access controls, documentation, system reliability, and uniform revenue-lifecycle processes are maintained.

• Lead system projects such as tool evaluations, implementations, migrations, testing, rollouts, and user training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to boost adoption, minimize manual tasks, and create a practical systems roadmap.

• Work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Data, Security, and Technology.

• Report directly to the Director of Enterprise Technology and Innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue systems, business systems, CRM administration, or Revenue Operations technology.

• Preferably, experience in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Advanced practical knowledge of HubSpot, encompassing configuration, workflows, data models, permissions, reporting, and governance.

• Strong comprehension of the complete revenue lifecycle.

• Experience in managing systems across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and associated teams.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, data quality, automation, systems projects, vendor management, and cross-functional change.

• Proficient with HubSpot, NetSuite, n8n, and other CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, billing, enrichment, data, and reporting platforms.

• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, data modeling, integration platforms, analytics, and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, and similar collaboration and documentation platforms.

• Strategic and hands-on mindset with the capability to configure systems and directly solve issues.

• Methodical, pragmatic, and detail-oriented approach centered on data quality, reliability, and continuous enhancement.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• German language skills are a plus, but not necessary.

• Experience in commerce, e-commerce, or a complicated B2B technology environment is advantageous.

• SQL or data warehouse experience is a plus.
