Senior Systems Analyst – Payroll-Linked Loans Squad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex functional and technical analyses for enhancing and implementing financial systems and solutions, translating business requirements into system solutions while evaluating impacts, dependencies, integrations, and risks.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting critical systems and integrations, analyzing intricate incidents and problems, identifying root causes, and recommending structural solutions that foster stability, availability, and resilience.

• Recommend and spearhead system improvements and enhancements from an end-to-end perspective, evaluating processes, business rules, integrations, architecture, and cross-system impacts while striving for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability of solutions.

• Guarantee the functional and technical consistency and quality of solutions by anticipating risks, aiding in the definition of acceptance and user acceptance testing criteria, and overseeing deliveries from initial conception through production implementation and stabilization.

• Act as a reference for system documentation and knowledge sharing, ensuring that requirements, business rules, workflows, integrations, and dependencies are consistently updated, while also offering technical support and guidance to other team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in the financial or banking sector, preferably with payroll-linked loan products, credit systems, credit origination, loan formalization, credit workflows, or integrations with partners and external services.

• Strong background as a Systems Analyst, engaging with medium and high-complexity solutions from understanding business needs through specification, implementation, support, and enhancement.

• Proven experience leading system implementation and enhancement projects and initiatives, with the capability to map impacts, dependencies, risks, and integrations across various solutions and areas.

• Proficient in preparing functional and technical specifications, including business rules, end-to-end workflows, integrations, API contracts, data mapping, and documentation necessary for development, user acceptance testing, and support.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL, preferably Oracle/PL/SQL and SQL Server, with the ability to conduct data analysis, troubleshoot, and investigate incidents and inconsistencies.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations, with the capability to analyze contracts, payloads, authentication, error handling, dependencies, and cross-system impacts.

• Experience with API analysis and testing tools such as Postman or similar, with the capability to provide technical support during the investigation of integration issues.

• Familiarity with distributed systems architecture, messaging, and asynchronous processing.

• Experience working in agile environments and on cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
