Senior Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend business requirements, processes, and regulations, converting them into clear and actionable specifications.

• Evaluate and recommend system solutions that are in alignment with the organization's goals.

• Develop functional and technical documentation for applications created using Java, JavaScript, and Angular.

• Examine structures, queries, integrations, and impacts concerning Oracle databases.

• Evaluate how solutions will affect existing systems, processes, integrations, architecture, and technical standards.

• Present solutions to team members and stakeholders prior to entering the development phase.

• Collaborate with business analysts to organize, elaborate, and prioritize the backlog.

• Oversee development, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.

• Ensure that solutions are delivered within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

• Engage in squad ceremonies and meetings, contributing to planning and execution efforts.

• Maintain up-to-date records of requirements, documentation, and delivery-related information.

• Assist in production deployment, covering configuration, parameterization, and stabilization tasks.

• Provide guidance to users and address inquiries regarding system functionality.

• Identify dependencies and impacts associated with solutions developed by other teams.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to support and continuous improvement teams.

• Supervise vendor deliverables and ensure compliance with requirements.

• Suggest enhancements to development, quality, integration, and architectural processes.

• Share expertise and best practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field.

• Experience in systems analysis and gathering requirements.

• Familiarity with preparing functional and technical specifications.

• Proficiency in applications developed using Java.

• Understanding of web development utilizing JavaScript.

• Knowledge of the Angular framework.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases, including data modeling, SQL queries, and object creation.

• Capacity to assess the impact of changes across frontend, backend, database, and integrations.

• Understanding of systems development, testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment methodologies.

• Experience overseeing software development projects or deliveries.

• Ability to comprehend business processes and rules, translating them into system solutions.

• Experience in organizing, detailing, and monitoring backlogs.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and active participation in squad routines.

• Experience in communicating with technical teams, business areas, users, and stakeholders.

• Ability to document solutions, decisions, requirements, and processes effectively.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and conversation.

• Graduate degree or specialization in Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related area (preferred).

• Previous experience with projects that integrate Java, Angular, and Oracle (preferred).

• Knowledge of REST APIs and systems integration (preferred).

• Familiarity with messaging systems and queues (preferred).

• Understanding of PL/SQL and Oracle query optimization (preferred).

• Knowledge of systems architecture and integration patterns (preferred).

• Experience with CRM platforms (preferred).

• Familiarity with systems related to marketing, customer service, customer relationship management, or customer experience (preferred).

• Experience in business process automation (preferred).

• Knowledge of development project management or systems implementation (preferred).

• Experience managing and monitoring technology vendors (preferred).

• Capability to plan and monitor scope, timelines, costs, risks, and dependencies (preferred).

• Experience in deploying and stabilizing solutions in production environments (preferred).
