
Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide comprehensive support for presales activities related to Supply Chain transformation and technology projects.
• Assist in the development of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution narratives, effort estimations, assumptions, and delivery methodologies.
• Create client proposals, presentations, solution decks, offering materials, business cases, and executive discussion documents.
• Aid in the introduction of new supply chain service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable consulting assets.
• Engage in client meetings, discovery workshops, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Lead or assist in requirements-gathering sessions with client business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Convert business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and the capabilities of technology platforms.
• Define future-state processes, operating models, and solution designs.
• Facilitate communication between business users, product teams, technical teams, implementation partners, and leadership.
• Collaborate on supply chain planning and execution solutions that leverage data and analytics.
• Assist in configuration discussions, functional design, integration and data requirements, testing, and deployment planning.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics requirements.
• Support UAT planning, test-case development, defect triage, and business validation.
• Offer domain expertise throughout implementation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead client discussions and facilitate workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive presentations.
• Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders and clearly communicate complex business and technology concepts.
• Manage competing stakeholder priorities and assist decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations.
• 10–15+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain synchronization.
• Significant experience in planning, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, or order management.
• Proven experience leading or supporting client-facing consulting engagements involving digital systems and data analytics.
• Practical experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience contributing to presales activities, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.
• Background working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery.
• Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led supply chain improvement initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, distribution planning, logistics management, warehouse management, and supply chain design.
• Familiarity with supply chain platforms like o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO/S/4HANA, or similar.
• Knowledge of business analysis and mapping tools such as Visio and Lucidchart.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, ML/AI, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Strong grasp of supply chain business processes.
• Excellent skills in business analysis, consulting, client communication, presentations, documentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to convert business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness capabilities.
• Skill in structuring ambiguous issues and formulating clear recommendations.
• Capability to work across presales, solutioning, and delivery phases.
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
