📋 Description

• Act as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations with a focus on Supply Chain.

• Contribute to the deliverables of healthcare consulting projects.

• Engage with healthcare and consulting professionals across various levels.

• Assist in the development of internal methodologies and firm collateral.

• Tackle intricate issues within the healthcare environment.

• Formulate solutions for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and value analysis.

• Design data analysis techniques and extract insights from complex datasets.

• Craft strategic narratives for senior management teams.

• Identify improvement opportunities and outline actionable paths to solutions.

• Provide high-value advisory and implementation services to healthcare clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven consultant in the healthcare sector with a successful history of addressing complex challenges.

• Required experience in Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis.

• Proficient in developing data analytics, evaluating complex datasets, generating insights, and creating strategic narratives for senior management teams.

• Excellent collaborative leadership skills and a knack for identifying improvement opportunities and developing effective solutions.

• Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing, particularly with Physician Preference Items in operating rooms and/or cardiac catheterization labs, is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
