Senior Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop brand positioning, architecture, and long-term brand management.

• Create integrated communication strategies, including channel and social media approaches.

• Provide strategic leadership while proactively cultivating client relationships and accounts.

• Engage in new business initiatives, such as chemistry meetings and pitches.

• Conceptualize and facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions.

• Guide, assess, and analyze market and user research findings.

• Craft and present high-impact presentations in both German and English.

• Mentor and empower junior talent within the strategy team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of strategic experience.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex clients.

• Strong expertise in brand, communication, and channel strategy.

• In-depth understanding of digital and social media ecosystems.

• Capability to translate brand positioning into relevant communications across various platforms, audiences, and markets.

• Proficient in presenting in both German and English.

• Experience working with complex brands, products, or topics.

• Possible experience in a public context and/or familiarity with B2B environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of trends, platforms, and best practices, particularly in social media and/or employer branding.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.

• Creative mindset paired with a structured, solution-oriented approach.

• Strong team spirit, leadership attributes, and a collaborative, hands-on attitude.

• Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.
