
Senior Strategic Product Consultant, Specialty Contractors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to evaluate strategic objectives and business processes, creating solutions that support client use cases.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to provide ongoing services that promote continuous process improvement and long-term value realization of the platform.
• Analyze, consult on, and enhance the strategic goals, initiatives, and outcomes of clients.
• Integrate client business motivations, operations, and conduct business analysis.
• Formulate strategies to meet client operational needs.
• Work alongside Strategic Product Consultants on client best practices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training strategies, and execution of rollouts.
• Utilize knowledge of the construction industry to enhance client business processes within Procore and throughout the client organization.
• Deliver high-quality service and education to Procore clients through effective communication.
• Cultivate a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate across Procore to establish best practices and foster product and market leadership.
• Attain mastery of Procore products, business models, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices.
• Be prepared to travel up to 50% to client sites, industry events, and Procore offices.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Prior experience as a Project Director, Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
• Proven track record in managing project financials, including budgets, general conditions, forecasting, and profit projections.
• Experience handling contracts, change orders, and invoices both upstream and downstream.
• Proficient in managing resources, including time tracking, productivity monitoring, equipment management, labor planning, and resource scheduling.
• Experience in establishing SOPs or programs is preferred.
• Background in training or software support is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Procore software platforms and product offerings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including both domestic and international travel.
• Eligibility for Equity Compensation.
• Eligibility for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
• Option for remote work from a US location or office-based work in Carpinteria, CA, Tampa, FL, or Austin, TX.
• Up to 50% travel to client sites, industry events, and other Procore offices.
