This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a valuable portfolio of unscheduled, delayed, or at-risk orders and strategic initiatives across key USCAN accounts.
• Assess customer, backlog, pipeline, financial, and operational data to prioritize interventions and develop recovery and growth strategies.
• Design and implement project-level revenue recovery tactics to transition viable orders into execution and expedite revenue recognition.
• Foster trusted relationships with customer executives and senior leaders in clinical, financial, operational, facilities, and technology sectors.
• Facilitate executive-level discovery and governance discussions regarding enterprise priorities, capital plans, decision-making processes, funding limitations, risks, and success metrics.
• Convert customer priorities and constraints into actionable project roadmaps that include dates, dependencies, responsible parties, and necessary decisions.
• Act as the senior escalation point for customer-related issues that may jeopardize project readiness, installation timelines, or revenue recognition.
• Lead and influence cross-functional GE HealthCare teams across Sales, Service, Finance, Commercial Operations, Project Management, supply chain, and segment leadership.
• Drive the resolution of internal execution dependencies such as project readiness, equipment availability, installation capacity, service coordination, and revenue recognition requirements.
• Establish project-level revenue plans with designated owners, milestones, risk indicators, and recovery measures.
• Conduct weekly and monthly revenue operating rhythms; challenge forecast assumptions, assess potential variations, and escalate gaps as necessary.
• Mentor account and execution teams on revenue rigor, customer commitment management, issue resolution, and project-level forecasting.
• Identify and address funding gaps, site readiness uncertainties, resource shortages, customer misalignments, and deprioritization issues.
• Develop actionable solutions including budgetary guidance, ROM support, contractor or planner connections, and phased or alternative deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with Installation Project Managers and operational teams to meet readiness criteria, initiate execution on schedule, and achieve planned revenue recognition timelines.
• Maintain project-level revenue forecasts and lead regular revenue reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a capacity multiplier by overcoming upstream barriers to enable delivery teams to achieve installations and revenue milestones on schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, revenue execution, capital equipment delivery, healthcare technology, complex project/program leadership, or strategic account execution.
• Proven success in engaging C-suite and senior customer leaders to secure decisions, resources, and commitments.
• Established track record of leading cross-functional matrix teams, recovering at-risk revenue, enhancing forecast accuracy, and delivering tangible revenue results without direct authority.
• Significant experience with large capital programs, healthcare delivery environments, strategic accounts, and multi-year customer initiatives is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required, up to 30%.
• Strong executive presence, strategic communication skills, and credibility with C-suite and senior clinical leaders.
• Expertise in enterprise account strategy, executive stakeholder mapping, governance, and relationship building.
• Strong revenue, financial, and operational acumen, including revenue recognition, backlog management, forecasting, project readiness, installation milestones, and risk management.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, influence without direct authority, and mobilize senior matrix stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and executive escalation management.
• Proficiency in portfolio prioritization, data-driven decision-making, operating rigor, and disciplined follow-through.
• Familiarity with healthcare economics, integrated delivery networks, capital equipment deployment, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Leadership capability to mentor teams, shape organizational culture, and represent GE HealthCare as a trusted strategic partner.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
