Senior Strategic Accounts Director – Pelvic Health

📋 Description

• Align the priorities of Enterprise Accounts and the Pelvic Health Operating Unit with the overall organizational strategy.

• Lead strategy for Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC), strategic contracting, and initiatives focused on robotics, ensuring effective execution.

• Direct the strategic vision for house accounts and major national Local United Group Purchasing Organizations (LUGPAs).

• Act as a people leader for the Pelvic Health Regional Strategic Accounts leaders, offering guidance, coaching, performance leadership, and alignment.

• Drive the Pelvic Health portfolio account strategy by transforming business priorities, customer requirements, market trends, and financial goals into strategic account plans.

• Coordinate complex transactions across Strategic Accounts, Enterprise Accounts, district leadership, contracting, finance, and executive decision-makers.

• Manage executive relationships for priority accounts effectively.

• Enhance sales enablement for districts by providing scalable tools, messaging, playbooks, and activation plans.

• Oversee pipeline and opportunity management across the account portfolio.

• Spearhead the development, launch, and scaling of strategic initiatives that support Pelvic Health growth priorities.

• Utilize financial expertise to inform margin strategies, capital expenditure considerations, account targeting, outpatient market planning, and financial forecasting.

• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and functional stakeholders to align sales priorities effectively.

• Work together on the content, structure, and delivery of training and development programs.

• Evaluate sales efforts and suggest enhancements.

• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment to ensure successful program execution.

• Establish and track success metrics while utilizing data to inform decision-making.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 15 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced degree with at least 13 years of relevant sales experience.

• Over 10 years of managerial experience.

• Experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

• Proven experience leading large-scale programs or strategic initiatives within a cross-functional setting.

• Demonstrated capability to handle increased scope and complexity in a highly matrixed organization.

• Extensive experience engaging with senior internal and external customers, showcasing strong relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and an active vehicle insurance policy.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Background in healthcare, medtech, or companies with similar scopes or matrixed structures.

• Experience collaborating with field-based commercial teams or distributed business units.

• Proven track record in leading change initiatives or establishing new programs from inception.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for informed recommendations.

• Comprehensive financial acumen, including expertise in margin strategy, capital expense planning, account targeting, outpatient business models, and financial planning.
