This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Oversee the development and implementation of strategic programs for Pelvic Health Sales.
• Propel ASC strategy, strategic contracting, growth in robotics, and alignment with enterprise accounts.
• Ensure that the priorities of Enterprise Accounts and the Pelvic Health Operating Unit align with the overall organizational strategy.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives in collaboration with Enterprise Accounts and the Global Commercial Office.
• Manage house accounts and large national LUGPAs.
• Guide and mentor leaders of Pelvic Health Regional Strategic Accounts.
• Formulate account strategies for the Pelvic Health portfolio.
• Coordinate complex deals involving various stakeholders across the matrix.
• Cultivate executive relationships for key accounts.
• Create sales enablement resources, messaging, playbooks, and activation strategies.
• Supervise the sales pipeline and identify opportunities.
• Design, initiate, and expand strategic growth initiatives.
• Utilize financial insight for margin strategies, capital expenditure considerations, account targeting, outpatient market planning, and financial forecasting.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and functional stakeholders.
• Develop and influence training and development programs.
• Evaluate sales efforts and propose enhancements.
• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Establish and track success metrics, using data to inform decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant sales experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 13 years of relevant sales experience.
• Over 10 years of managerial experience.
• Familiarity with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Proven track record in leading large-scale programs or strategic initiatives within a cross-functional setting.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle increased scope and complexity in a highly matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience working with senior internal and external customers, showcasing strong relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy required.
• U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship at the time of hire and throughout employment for positions below Principal level.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
