This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary liaison for designated Strategic/Emerging Account capture initiatives.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships across key programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and technical personnel to comprehend mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and capability gaps 18–48 months prior to formal solicitations.
• Create and maintain a documented pipeline of Strategic/Emerging Account opportunities within CRM.
• Oversee opportunities from qualification, shaping, capture, proposal, to award stages.
• Lead capture initiatives and implement successful strategies across diverse systems and platforms.
• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Pricing Teams to design competitive solutions.
• Represent customer interests internally and translate mission needs into business strategies and investment choices.
• Foster relationships with customer program management and engineering teams to uncover technology and program opportunities.
• Influence customer requirements prior to RFP issuance through white papers, technical discussions, and industry events.
• Utilize Phase Gate capture methodologies for decision-making and resource allocation in pursuits.
• Coordinate with the Director – Strategic Accounts – A&D and the Business Development Team regarding account activities, competition, and price-to-win strategies.
• Travel 50% of the time throughout North America TTM and Strategic/Emerging account locations, with potential travel to the UK/Europe as necessary.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant industry and business development experience preferred.
• Experience in the A&D industry is required.
• Security clearance is preferred.
• Proven success in navigating complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Capacity to influence requirements and acquisition strategies through strategic engagement and technical credibility.
• Extensive experience and connections within the A&D electronics ecosystem, particularly focused on Prime’s requirements.
• Ability to establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships with prominent A&D clients.
• Strong grasp of the PCB/Microelectronics industry, RF/MW products, Mission Systems, and design-to-specification solution selling within Prime applications.
• Quick to understand TTM’s existing products/capabilities and competitors.
• Proficiency in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and developing successful capture strategies.
• Excellent presentation, persuasion, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across organizational and functional divisions.
• Solid understanding of content management systems and tools aiding capture and proposal development.
• Proven track record of securing new business wins, including recent, relevant contracts exceeding $20M.
• Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, as well as relevant ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations.
• Must be capable of identifying ITAR products and comprehending access restrictions for US Citizens and US Permanent Residents.
• Must recognize foreign-person visitors and comply with authorization protocols.
• Must understand export regulations for shipments departing the US and manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
