This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for key melanoma treatment facilities and integrated delivery networks.
• Build reliable partnerships with Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Coordinators, and Administrative Leadership.
• Enhance patient care coordination across multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely treatment decisions and ensure appropriate patient access.
• Analyze patient treatment pathways and comprehend referral patterns, diagnostic workflows, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Work alongside Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Field Reimbursement teams to carry out account strategies.
• Tackle obstacles that hinder patient identification, treatment acceptance, and operational implementation.
• Aid in disease state education and the appropriate adoption of products, adhering to regulatory and company policies.
• Evaluate account performance, market dynamics, and competitive activities to adjust territory strategies and maximize launch effectiveness.
• Foster long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders.
• Utilize CRM and business analytics tools to prioritize opportunities and assess execution against key performance indicators.
• Assist in the launch of an innovative therapy for patients with advanced cutaneous melanoma.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• Minimum of 3 years in oncology account management.
• Strong preference for experience with melanoma, immuno-oncology, or solid tumor therapeutics.
• Preference for experience in launching oncology products within a specialty or hospital environment.
• Highly desirable experience in selling to or collaborating with Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, or related procedural specialties.
• Proven success in managing large, complex oncology accounts and influencing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Experience in coordinating or supporting patient care across multidisciplinary oncology settings.
• Solid understanding of oncology treatment pathways, referral networks, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Exceptional skills in strategic planning, analysis, and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
