This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for key melanoma treatment centers and integrated delivery networks.
• Build trusted relationships with multidisciplinary oncology stakeholders, including Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Pharmacy, Nursing, Advanced Practice Providers, Care Coordinators, and Administrative Leadership.
• Enhance coordination of patient care to facilitate timely treatment decisions and ensure appropriate patient access.
• Analyze patient treatment pathways and gain insights into referral patterns, diagnostic workflows, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Work in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Services, and Field Reimbursement teams to implement account strategies.
• Tackle barriers affecting patient identification, treatment adoption, and operational execution.
• Assist in disease state education and the proper adoption of products while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Evaluate account performance, market trends, and competitive activities to enhance territory strategies and optimize launch success.
• Foster long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and influential stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Utilize CRM and business analytics tools to prioritize prospects and assess execution against key performance indicators.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology, including at least 3 years in oncology account management.
• Prior experience with melanoma, immuno-oncology, or solid tumor therapeutics is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in launching oncology products in specialty or hospital-based environments is highly preferred.
• Experience selling to or collaborating with Interventional Radiology, Interventional Oncology, or related procedural specialties is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex oncology accounts and influencing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Experience in coordinating or supporting patient care across multidisciplinary oncology settings.
• Strong grasp of oncology treatment pathways, referral networks, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Outstanding strategic planning, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven capability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
