This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Achieve double-digit annual revenue growth across key accounts and secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Develop and implement transformative account growth strategies that align with client digital objectives and INSTANDA’s platform capabilities.
• Identify and capitalize on strategic whitespace opportunities within current accounts and nearby business sectors.
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with C-suite executives and Board members.
• Facilitate executive presentations, strategic workshops, and quarterly business assessments.
• Navigate intricate organizational structures and influence decisions at senior levels.
• Challenge client assumptions and shape their innovation agendas.
• Serve as a trusted industry advisor on digital insurance transformation.
• Represent INSTANDA at industry events and deliver keynote-level thought leadership.
• Enhance INSTANDA’s brand visibility and cultivate networks with industry decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to promote client success and commercial strategies.
• Work together with Product and Leadership teams to incorporate client and market insights into product roadmap discussions.
• Uphold CRM discipline, manage pipelines, and handle forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes and information security policies.
• Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement and security awareness.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, or strategic partnerships within the insurance or B2B SaaS sectors.
• Proven track record of operating at a senior executive level.
• Demonstrated executive presence and gravitas when engaging with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Established experience in driving transformational revenue growth, including multi-year, multi-million-dollar agreements and complex enterprise negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance dynamics and workflows, encompassing rating, underwriting, policy administration, endorsements, claims, and billing.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capacity to translate complex technical and commercial propositions into engaging narratives.
• Strategic thinking and commercial rigor, including data analysis, opportunity identification, business-case development, and investment influence.
• High political acuity and proficiency in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience in matrixed, cross-functional settings.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the U.S.
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms is advantageous.
• Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 USD/CAD + commission.
