This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create actionable account strategies for around 246 target institutions, with a concentrated focus on the top 40 strategic accounts.
• Investigate each organization's credit strategy, technological landscape, incumbent processors, leadership framework, initiatives, and potential buying triggers.
• Identify key executives and influencers across the areas of credit, lending, payments, product development, technology, operations, and transformation.
• Recognize credible access paths through direct outreach, mutual connections, industry relationships, partners, advisors, and executive programs.
• Keep track of platform migrations, contract events, leadership transitions, acquisitions, new credit programs, and other signals of transformation.
• Convert market intelligence into actionable commercial hypotheses, outreach strategies, and subsequent actions.
• Carry out tailored outreach based on institutional priorities, risks, and transformation goals.
• Secure and qualify meaningful executive discussions.
• Provide Sales with comprehensive, decision-ready handoffs that include opportunities, stakeholders, triggers, incumbent environments, access paths, and suggested next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channels and Partnerships, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership to enhance account penetration.
• Utilize CRM systems, relationship-intelligence tools, and AI-assisted research to establish a disciplined U.S. account-access engine.
• Uphold high standards for research accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and professional outreach.
• Travel approximately 15%–25% for executive meetings, industry events, and target-account activities.
• Extensive experience in enterprise business development, strategic account development, financial technology, payments, card processing, banking technology, lending technology, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of gaining access to senior executives within complex financial services organizations.
• Strong comprehension of how banks, credit unions, and fintechs assess significant technology or platform transformation decisions.
• Experience in researching named accounts, mapping buying committees, and identifying credible commercial triggers.
• Capability to transform market intelligence and relationships into qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Executive-level communication abilities and the discernment to engage senior banking and technology leaders with credibility.
• Persistent, thoughtful, and highly personalized approach to lengthy enterprise buying cycles.
• Strong discipline in CRM usage and comfort with relationship-intelligence, contact-data, market-research, and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and executive leadership.
• Experience with card issuing, issuer processing, revolving credit, platform migrations, or portfolio conversions is highly preferred.
