This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance the company's global equity compensation program while ensuring adherence to compliance across its dual-listed structure on ASX and Nasdaq.
• Collaborate with HR and payroll to process option exercises and RSU vesting releases.
• Manage the capitalization table and reconcile records among Finance, HR, and Payroll departments.
• Ensure the integrity of equity data and maintain accurate records in Fidelity.
• Work alongside HR, Legal, and Payroll to address mobility tax treatment for equity vesting in all countries.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service to equity participants, including senior executives and board members, as well as cross-functional partners.
• Create employee education materials and communications, encompassing training sessions and informational meetings.
• Prepare executive compensation and beneficial ownership tables for the annual proxy statement.
• Administer the Insider Trading Policy, including managing trading windows and restrictions for both listings.
• Compile and maintain supporting documentation for Section 16 Form 3/4/5 filings.
• Cultivate relationships with the equity plan management platform provider and transfer agents.
• Oversee special initiatives and projects, including the launch of new equity programs like ESPP and the enhancement of processes and systems.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in general and programmatic stock administration at a U.S. public company, preferably in a SaaS growth environment.
• Proven experience in developing a scalable stock program for a public company, including the launch of an ESPP.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with organized project management capabilities.
• Ability to self-audit for data integrity and accuracy, including reviewing the work of others.
• Demonstrated experience in automating manual tasks or enhancing process efficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions.
• Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to present to executive management, respond to employee inquiries, and address technical issues with vendors.
• Familiarity with and openness to utilizing AI tools to streamline and automate manual processes.
• Active CEP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with Fidelity PSW is an advantage.
