This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Serve as the primary contact for NetSuite.
• Offer comprehensive support for all facets of NetSuite and data management.
• Oversee end-user system utilization and monitor performance metrics.
• Execute daily administrative and support activities.
• Update and maintain system documentation regularly.
• Aid in the customization and development of Scripts, Workflows, Forms, Fields, Online forms, and Custom Records.
• Administer system configuration, including design decisions and data migration strategies.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing responsibilities.
• Assist with user access provisioning.
• Support audit-related activities such as User Access Reviews (UAR) and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
• Foster relationships across teams with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance, and Business Process Operations.
• Collaborate with the NetSuite Managed Service Provider.
• 1-3 years of experience in a NetSuite Administration role.
• Proficient in using a ticketing system to respond to, track, and resolve requests and issues.
• Knowledge of NetSuite integration with multiple systems and the capability to support and monitor such integrations.
• Ability to comprehend and identify customer needs, facilitating the development of systems that enhance NetSuite productivity and comply with corporate policies.
• Familiarity with other Accounting, CRM, and Marketing business practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adept at creative problem resolution.
• Capacity to balance technical expertise with business acumen – transforming end-user requirements into technical and functional specifications.
