Logistics and Inventory Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Oversee both international and domestic logistics operations.

• Facilitate shipment coordination with manufacturing facilities.

• Supervise freight forwarding and importation processes.

• Accept stock shipments in Indonesia.

• Organize deliveries to clients and projects throughout Indonesia.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.

• Administer inventory and inventory management systems.

• Leverage technology and AI to streamline logistics administration, enhance visibility, and minimize manual tasks.

• Enhance logistics operations and establish efficient, technology-oriented systems for international freight, inventory, and local deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, freight forwarding, imports, or international shipping.

• Proficient in managing shipments from overseas to Indonesia.

• Strong understanding of domestic logistics within Indonesia.

• Experience collaborating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.

• Knowledge of international shipping documentation.

• Familiarity with inventory management software.

• Comfortable navigating digital systems and cloud-based applications.

• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and enhancing operational processes.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines concurrently.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.
