This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the Lead Statistical Programmer.
• Plan, implement, and manage all programming activities for a study, including resource estimation, budget oversight, timelines, quality assurance, and collaboration with departments and clients.
• Design and maintain SAS programs to generate SDTM and ADaM datasets along with TFLs.
• Conduct quality control on SDTM, ADaM datasets, and TFLs.
• Produce Define XML/PDF documents, Analysis Results Metadata (ARM), annotated CRFs, and Review Guides.
• Create specifications for SDTM and ADaM datasets.
• Evaluate SAPs and TFL shells from a programming standpoint.
• Guide and mentor junior programmers on SDTM, ADaM, and TFL processes.
• Present insights and share expertise during department meetings.
• Address QA and client audits and assist with qualification audits.
• Identify programming processes that enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Undertake additional duties as required or assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in mathematics, statistics, computing, life sciences, health sciences, or related fields.
• Relevant experience and/or education combined with applicable work experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience may be accepted in place of formal educational qualifications.
• Proficiency in English for speaking, writing, and reading.
• Generally, 3–5 years of SAS® programming experience in the CRO or Pharmaceutical sector, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Familiarity with CDISC requirements.
• Willingness and capacity to travel locally, domestically, and regionally.
• Approximately 5% travel, with potential overnight stays required for up to 100% of travel.
• Office or remote work environment, based on the preference of the line manager.
