Senior Staff Product Manager, Estimates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement product vision and strategy across various product lines

• Predict market trends, customer demands, and competitive factors

• Create scalable prioritization and decision-making frameworks among teams

• Facilitate collaboration with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations

• Draft comprehensive requirements and address edge cases with a remote engineering team

• Manage dependencies across Price Book, Jobs, and Customers domains

• Foster alignment among adjacent product domain leaders

• Enhance user experience through research, user testing, and data-informed insights

• Own and update a rolling, quarterly-planned product roadmap

• Maintain product documentation and concise problem-statement one-pagers

• Track key performance indicators and promote ongoing improvement

• Influence the AI strategy for Estimates

• Mentor and support the development of product team members

• Contribute to the advancement of the product management team

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, including leadership of intricate product initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance team efficiency or output quality

• Proven track record of fostering alignment across adjacent product domains and business functions

• Experience collaborating with detail-oriented, remote engineering teams, including limited time zone overlap

• Proficiency in writing comprehensive, edge-case-aware requirements

• Expertise in growth stack tools, such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and LaunchDarkly

• Strong understanding of agile development, product strategy, and user experience best practices

• Familiarity with pricing, quoting, or estimating workflows in fields like field service, construction, or B2B SaaS

• Deep passion for user experience and a strong sense of customer empathy

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Capacity to align multiple teams toward a unified vision while ensuring execution excellence

• Ability to balance strategic thinking and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience in mentoring and developing product managers

• A wide range of cross-functional interests or a deep specialization in a specific area
