Senior Staff Product Manager, Browser Control Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the foundational components that support other software, ensuring they are both dependable and secure.

• Advance the open standard (WebDriver BiDi) while creating Firefox-specific advantages that the standard does not encompass.

• Develop safety mechanisms that allow users to authorize actions, monitor software behavior, and regain control.

• Establish the strategy for significant third-party AI assistants that are already in use.

• Support internal teams (Smart Window, New Products) and external tools through a unified shared layer.

• Foster adoption across teams and tools, enhance platform usage, and maintain reliability and security.

⛳️ Requirements

• A product-focused engineer, or a highly technical PM capable of leading a technical product.

• Experience in the developer space, with the ability to consider both consumer and internal platforms.

• Proficient in navigating ambiguity to set strategy; responsible for a technical contract relied upon by other teams.

• Strong instincts regarding security and trust.

• Preferred: knowledge of web standards, MCP, and browser automation.
