Senior Staff Product Manager – AI Software Factory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Software Factory

• Determine which elements to test, scale, standardize, retire, or develop

• Grasp needs across product and engineering teams and prioritize high-impact shared challenges

• Collaborate with Engineering to shape product and technical direction and navigate complex trade-offs

• Align Product, Engineering, Security, and other teams around definitive decisions

• Define metrics for software delivery speed, quality, reliability, cost, and adoption

• Link metrics to customer and business outcomes

• Promote the adoption of new tools and methodologies across teams

• Utilize feedback and evidence to enhance the platform and adjust direction as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management

• Demonstrated success in defining strategy and delivering complex technical or platform products across various teams

• Proven experience in steering a developer or internal platform and fostering adoption across multiple teams

• Established capability to lead intricate, cross-team initiatives and make decisions independently of formal authority

• Practical experience in building and launching AI or agentic tools for engineers or internal users, including designing and conducting evaluations of agent behavior and work quality

• Technical fluency in APIs, architecture, data, reliability, security, and technical trade-offs

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience

• Strong judgment regarding platform decisions

• Curiosity, urgency, and a history of rapid learning in unfamiliar or rapidly changing environments

• Ability to transition between long-term strategy and technical specifics

• Personal resilience to learn from the ground up and excel in ambiguous situations
