Senior Staff Product Manager – AI Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the product strategy for enterprise search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering functionalities.

• Craft product narratives, gain executive support, and ensure measurable impacts on business and customer satisfaction.

• Provide guidance to engineering, ML research, UX research, and design teams through actionable requirements.

• Utilize customer pilots, user research, and market insights to create intuitive and contextually aware experiences.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate search and GenAI functionalities throughout the platform.

• Define and enhance metrics for evaluating search and AI performance, relevance, and business impact.

• Oversee and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers.

• Promote innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience in building and leading high-performing product teams.

• Over 8 years in software product management.

• Practical experience in developing enterprise search or RAG products.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and contemporary search technologies.

• Familiarity with Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, or Coveo.

• Capability to assess, integrate, and innovate on context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features rapidly.

• Profound empathy for users and the ability to convert complex needs into customer-focused solutions.

• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative insights, hypothesis validation, strategy formulation, and success measurement.

• Ability to navigate uncertainty, pinpoint root problems, communicate trade-offs, and drive decision-making.
