This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Lead the design efforts for consumer acquisition and pioneering new product innovations from the ground up.
• Take ownership of experiences that attract, engage, and convert consumers into members.
• Create a cohesive prequalification platform that encompasses Debt Resolution, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Multi-Product offerings.
• Develop AI-driven and user-centric acquisition processes.
• Design experiences related to partnerships and debt consolidation.
• Manage the design for Multi-Product, ALM, and Debt Navigator from initial concept to finished product.
• Conduct rapid prototyping, validate concepts, and perform iterative testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams within Agile frameworks.
• Work directly with senior executives to inform and refine product direction.
• Design, test, and enhance engagement and conversion pathways.
• Identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and create measurable experiments in partnership with Product and Data teams.
• Conduct qualitative and market research.
• Manage complete design processes from discovery and prototyping to testing, high-fidelity visuals, and production-ready specifications.
• Operate independently across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Establish design quality standards and guide as well as mentor contract design professionals.
• Contribute to and advance the design system.
• Over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful consumer web products within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Experience working at a staff-plus or design-lead level.
• Demonstrated success in growth/conversion design and zero-to-one product innovation.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business results through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and user psychology within digital growth and acquisition environments.
• Exceptional rapid prototyping capabilities and comfort with uncertainty.
• Experience in presenting, advocating for, and evolving design strategies with senior stakeholders.
• Strong UX design judgment and a practical approach to implementation.
• Proficient in design and AI tools, including Figma and Claude.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic/Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, a related field, or an equivalent combination of practical experience.
• A robust portfolio showcasing shipped consumer products, conversion/growth initiatives, and zero-to-one design projects.
• Nice to have: experience designing AI-enhanced, user-centric, or conversational product experiences.
• Nice to have: background in financial services or regulated sectors.
• Nice to have: familiarity with experimentation frameworks or UX research practices.
• Nice to have: knowledge of design systems and scalable component design.
