Senior Staff Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Lead the design for acquiring consumers and innovating new products from the ground up.

• Own the experiences that draw in, engage, qualify, and convert consumers into Achieve members.

• Design a cohesive prequalification platform for Debt Resolution, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and Multi-Product offerings.

• Create AI-enabled and user-friendly acquisition flows.

• Design experiences related to partnerships and debt consolidation.

• Lead the design for Multi-Product, ALM, and Debt Navigator from initial concept to final product launch.

• Conduct rapid prototyping, validate concepts, iterative testing, and experimentation.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data teams within Agile frameworks.

• Engage directly with senior executives and stakeholders to influence product vision and design strategy.

• Design and enhance engagement and conversion pathways.

• Work with Product and Data teams to identify opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and execute measurable experiments.

• Conduct qualitative and market research to inform design decisions.

• Deliver comprehensive design solutions from discovery through to production-ready specifications.

• Operate autonomously across multiple ongoing projects.

• Establish and uphold high design quality standards while mentoring contract design resources.

• Contribute to and advance the design system.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful consumer web products in agile, cross-functional settings.

• Experience working at a staff-plus or design-lead capacity.

• Demonstrated success in growth/conversion design and zero-to-one product innovation.

• Ability to generate measurable business outcomes through experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven design.

• Profound understanding of funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and user psychology related to digital growth and acquisition.

• Exceptional skills in rapid prototyping and comfort with uncertainty.

• Experience in presenting and advocating for design direction with senior stakeholders.

• Strong judgment in UX design and pragmatic implementation abilities.

• High energy and a robust work ethic.

• Proficient in design, AI, and prototyping tools such as Figma and Claude.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic/Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing shipped consumer products, conversion/growth projects, and zero-to-one design work.

• Preference for experience with AI-powered, user-driven, or conversational product experiences.

• Background in financial services or regulated industries is preferred.

• Experience with experimentation frameworks or UX research is preferred.

• Familiarity with design systems and scalable component design is preferred.

• Experience in influencing cross-functional and executive strategies through design insights is preferred.
