Senior Staff Inbound Product Manager – AI Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Establish the vision and strategic direction for Enterprise Search and AI.

• Formulate the strategy for search, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering functionalities.

• Craft the product narrative, secure executive support, and achieve measurable business and customer outcomes.

• Provide guidance to engineering, ML research, UX research, and design teams through actionable requirements.

• Leverage customer pilots, user research, and market insights to foster user-centered innovation.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate search and GenAI functionalities across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Establish and refine metrics for assessing search and AI performance, relevance, and business value.

• Lead and mentor a team of over 4 Product Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in building and leading high-performing product teams.

• More than 8 years in software product management.

• Practical experience in developing search or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products that have demonstrated measurable impact.

• Strong grasp of AI/ML frameworks and contemporary search technologies, such as Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, and Coveo.

• Capability to assess, integrate, and innovate in areas like context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality, scalable features promptly.

• Profound empathy for users, with the ability to convert complex needs into customer-focused solutions.

• Expertise in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses, steer strategy, and measure success.

• Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly communicate trade-offs.

• Experience in mentoring junior leaders and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
