📋 Description

• Establish the vision and product strategy for Enterprise Search and AI, encompassing search, retrieval-augmented generation, and question-answering functionalities.

• Develop the product narrative, garner executive support, and ensure that initiatives yield measurable business and customer outcomes.

• Direct engineering, ML research, UX research, and design teams with clear, actionable requirements.

• Utilize customer pilots, user research, and market insights to design intuitive and contextual search experiences.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate search and GenAI capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Define and enhance metrics for search and AI performance, relevance, and business value.

• Oversee and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in building and leading high-performing product teams, including mentoring junior leaders and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

• More than 8 years in software product management with direct experience in developing search or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products that deliver measurable impact.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and contemporary search technologies, such as Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, and Coveo.

• Proficient in assessing, integrating, and innovating around context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality, scalable features rapidly while keeping a focus on measurable results.

• Deep understanding of user needs with the capability to translate complex requirements into customer-centric solutions.

• Expertise in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, identifying root causes, and effectively communicating trade-offs to support decision-making.
