Senior Staff Engineer, Rust/Kotlin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Utilize Kotlin or Rust to create high-performance, reliable service components and client-side modules.

• Manage the entire project delivery process, overseeing development timelines, addressing technical risks, resolving online issues, and ensuring timely, high-quality project rollouts.

• Offer technical support and facilitate communication for both internal and external partners within the AI ecosystem.

• Compile and maintain technical documentation and operational specifications.

• Aid in formulating technical solutions tailored to customer business scenarios.

• Generate technical consultation materials as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.

• Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, demonstrating practical experience in commercial project development.

• Knowledgeable about performance optimization, memory management, and concurrent programming principles.

• Strong foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, encompassing large models, AI inference, vector databases, or AI application development logic.

• Proficient in English for reading and writing technical documentation; oral communication skills are not required.

• Excellent capability in managing end-to-end project delivery.

• Ability to independently lead projects from requirement confirmation to stable online operation.

• Must be available to work full-time on-site at the Beijing office for the duration of the project cycle.
