This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on customer projects for major corporations and public-sector clients, integrating seamlessly with their teams.

• Take complete ownership of your designated area.

• Engage in full-stack development within enterprise and regulated settings.

• Contribute to architectural design.

• Create, assess, and enhance code utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.

• Perform code reviews and offer technical guidance to team members.

• Work in partnership with Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior-level experience; capable of delivering results from day one and working autonomously.

• Proficiency in Java (17+) and Spring Boot (microservices, Domain-Driven Design).

• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) using JUnit.

• Experience with Apache Kafka / asynchronous communication.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, and agile methodologies.

• Expertise in Angular with TypeScript.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor is essential.

• Strong capabilities in both backend and frontend development, with a quick adaptability to new technology stacks.

• Familiarity with Kotlin, Camunda (BPMN process automation), AWS or Azure, JPA/Hibernate, monitoring with Grafana and Prometheus, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, accessibility (BITV 2.0 / WCAG AA), and DevSecOps / Security by Design is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Experience in enterprise, regulated, public-sector, or mid-sized business environments is highly valued.
