AI Software Engineer – Financial Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Deliver advisory services centered around AI Engineering and Generative AI.

• Design, construct, and implement scalable AI solutions utilizing MLOps pipelines and cloud-native technologies.

• Integrate large language models and automate workflows through GenAI.

• Incorporate AI capabilities into business processes.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align solutions with strategic objectives.

• Manage up to two projects in partnership with Directors and Partners.

• Assist clients in defining AI-driven FAAS strategies that address risks and enhance value.

• Deliver AI use cases including LLMs, GenAI applications, and MLOps implementations.

• Ensure timely delivery in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Execute the FAAS service delivery framework and collaborate with other service lines.

• Monitor the performance of engagement teams against budget constraints.

• Assess emerging AI trends and innovative AI/GenAI tools.

• Support go-to-market initiatives and business development efforts.

• Mentor emerging talent within EY.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Approximately 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 5+ years of experience in a global consulting firm.

• Practical expertise in AI and ML development using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Hands-on experience in building and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

• Familiarity with LangChain, HuggingFace, or OpenAI APIs.

• Experience in designing MLOps pipelines and AI solution architecture.

• Proven record of deploying AI models in a production environment.

• Exposure to GenAI use cases such as document summarization, chatbots, intelligent assistants, and code generation.

• Domain expertise in Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, or Telecom.

• Capability to translate complex business challenges into AI solutions with measurable impact.

• Understanding of data privacy, ethical AI, and responsible AI principles.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice.

• A proven track record with a leading consulting firm is preferred.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock is preferred.

• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
