This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create SRAM circuits utilizing advanced technological processes.
• Enhance circuit performance, area efficiency, and power consumption.
• Work alongside mask designers to produce high-quality, dense pitch-matched layouts.
• Validate functionality, electrical integrity, and overall robustness.
• Develop and refine flows and methodologies for design automation, data collection, and analysis to guarantee operational silicon.
• Design specialized RAM solutions across NVIDIA's processing chips and collaborate closely with processor architecture teams.
• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• At least 12 years of experience in circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of SRAM and memory design techniques, including macro/block development.
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail, and proficient in data analysis and presentation.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso for schematic and layout design, SPICE simulators, and waveform viewers.
• Background in developing and using Static Timing Analysis, EM and IR analysis, and Formal Functional Verification methodologies.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Perl, Python, Shell, and Verilog.
