Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding techniques, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and coding methodology.

• Work together with Karat to evaluate content, workflows, and products.

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring indicators, and performing objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Resumes must be submitted in English.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
