Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Develop inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and executing objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).

• Resume must be presented in English.

• Candidates should reside in Argentina or other eligible countries specified on Karat's website.
