This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead and support the implementation of talent management initiatives within Corporate Human Resources.
• Take ownership of the CHQ talent catalog, which includes professional development programs, 360-degree reviews, DiSC workshops, and various talent development offerings.
• Oversee the planning of programs, communication, registration, vendor coordination, materials, tracking of participation, and assessment of outcomes.
• Utilize HR systems, talent platforms, survey tools, and reporting resources to monitor participation, analyze results, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and employees to offer talent management resources, guidance, and coordination.
• Act as the program manager for early career HR leadership development and internship programs.
• Manage the strategy for programs, timelines, participant experiences, communications, stakeholder coordination, resources, and outcomes.
• Prepare presentations for executives, program updates, dashboards, communications, and reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR leaders on executive talent slating, talent discussions, talent data, succession planning, and developmental actions.
• Manage the global HR forum, including the creation of agendas, presentations, communications, logistics, action items, and follow-up with HR leaders across various regions and functions.
• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, a minimum of 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in a DoW/defense contracting environment, government contracting organization, or a highly regulated industry.
• Background in supporting talent management programs within a large, complex, matrixed, or global organization.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and senior HR stakeholders on talent strategy, executive talent slating, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Experience managing or supporting enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, retention, and early career programs.
• Strong understanding of talent management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, employee development, assessments, onboarding, and organizational effectiveness.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, create executive-level materials, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR is preferred.
• A Master’s degree or graduate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; an MBA is also preferred.
