Senior Specialist, Product Activation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Direct the comprehensive execution of mobile sampling initiatives across major markets and events.

• Manage the scheduling, setup, cleanliness, and upkeep of fleet vehicles.

• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and cold chain procedures.

• Oversee field marketing assets, uniforms, storage facilities, and equipment management.

• Organize, train, and supervise brand ambassadors.

• Perform field visits to assess performance, address issues, and provide guidance.

• Develop and disseminate training materials and performance criteria.

• Collaborate with Sales and Retail Marketing to synchronize sampling activities with retail partners.

• Scout and arrange activation sites with high foot traffic.

• Track and report on samples distributed, consumer engagement, conversion rates, and field insights.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and enhancements to consumer engagement.

• Oversee sampling budgets, vendor partnerships, and field-related expenditures.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, event management, or sampling program oversight.

• Proven track record in managing logistics, vehicles, or cold storage operations.

• Experience in the food and beverage sector is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as necessary.

• Proactive approach with a strong commitment to execution, safety, and brand integrity.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for those operating sampling vehicles.
