Junior Product Specialist – Accounting/Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and a ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.

• Record, categorize, and monitor tickets, guaranteeing accurate routing and adherence to service-level agreement (SLA) timelines.

• Offer both technical and functional assistance for the system with a focus on public-sector accounting processes.

• Identify, assess, and resolve incidents efficiently.

• Assist users in navigating the system effectively.

• Support basic system configuration based on operational needs.

• Document support interactions and the solutions applied, enhancing the knowledge base.

• Work collaboratively with other departments to address more intricate requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fundamental knowledge of or experience with accounting processes, especially concerning revenue and expenses.

• Experience with or familiarity in providing customer support via phone, chat, or ticketing systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

• Preferred: Prior experience in system support (help desk/service desk).

• Preferred: Understanding of databases and basic queries/SQL.

• Preferred: Familiarity with public-sector accounting.

• Preferred: Knowledge of municipal-sector processes.
