This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, direct, strategize, produce, execute, and evaluate both internal and external communication strategies and tactics.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and channel partners.
• Analyze complex issues and communicate them effectively through various channels and stakeholder requests.
• Maintain a comprehensive list of potential case studies and references through connections with project executives and consulting team members.
• Establish partnerships with strategic external collaborators and work together on third-party white papers and research reports.
• Identify impacts across teams and effectively communicate needs to colleagues and leadership.
• Oversee the enterprise content portfolio, encompassing both print and digital materials for employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain a holistic perspective on content related to corporate and Business Unit brands on a global scale.
• Conduct research and create content for proposals, technical documents, brochures, testimonials, white papers, case studies, advertising materials, presentations, video and animation scripts, email campaigns, executive speeches, and internal announcements.
• Collaborate with Line of Business Leads to grasp industry insights and customer needs while providing strategic written communications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant communications work across various mediums, tailoring content to specific audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing completed projects and work samples.
• Ability to research, present, and propose community involvement initiatives using innovative ideas.
• Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and succinctly in group settings.
• Exceptional writing, editing, communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
• Capability to create clear, comprehensive documentation and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled in organizing multiple responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate completion and delivery.
• Proficient in word processing, flowcharting, and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to promote cooperation among business partners and coordinate internal and external resources/workload.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• Comfort working with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in word processing and desktop publishing software.
• For remote roles, high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
• Preferred: experience in supporting lead generation and demand generation initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for product launches and Go-to-Market strategies.
• Preferred: familiarity with B2B SaaS, optical, eyewear, lens technology, healthcare technology, or related sectors.
