Commercial Card Implementation Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the client’s team to gain expertise in commercial card products, the VSCE platform, implementation processes, workflow tools, and necessary procedures.

• Work alongside Commercial Card Sales and business clients during kickoff and ongoing meetings to outline program setup requirements, documentation, and implementation needs.

• Execute program setup, data entry, and validation within commercial card applications.

• Record implementation progress and updates in assigned workflow tools.

• Verify documentation, authorizations, approvals, and inputs for implementation.

• Follow up with Sales to address any incomplete or inaccurate information.

• Coordinate file specifications, conduct file testing, manage customer communications, and facilitate setup walkthroughs.

• Monitor and drive implementations to completion.

• Resolve or escalate any issues related to implementation.

• Assist in the transition to Client Services following implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial card implementation, onboarding, or expense-management platforms.

• A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in banking or financial services.

• Practical experience with Visa Spend Clarity (VSCE).

• Familiarity with commercial card program setup and implementation processes.

• Capability to work on Blend’s W2 without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Preferred knowledge of the TSYS TS2 processing platform.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
