This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Act as the main Customer Enablement liaison for North American OEM accounts and their wider ecosystem.
• Take charge of customer satisfaction and revenue-support initiatives for established product lines and recurring income.
• Address intricate customer, product, supply, and service challenges by collaborating with internal teams and departments.
• Facilitate customer alignment meetings and synchronize build plans with customer objectives.
• Utilize Delivery Priority Codes in SAP to record customer prioritization requirements.
• Coordinate global priorities with designated Global CE OEM enablement partners.
• Create and manage forecasts for assigned North American OEM accounts and ecosystem demand.
• Foster global communication and consistency across customer locations, regions, and internal teams.
• Oversee consignment inventory programs and reduce stale inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Finance to address escalated accounts receivable issues.
• Manage product allocations to enhance customer satisfaction in line with CXI metrics.
• Engage in semi-annual business reviews with Key Account Managers.
• Enhance on-time shipments and operational efficiency through cross-functional cooperation.
• Distribute quality notifications and Product Change Notifications across designated accounts and ecosystem partners.
• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships to provide insights and influence strategic business choices.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and organizational objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales or customer enablement.
• A minimum of 2 years in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
• Experience in supporting semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, contamination control, filtration, or advanced materials product lines is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Excel.
• SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced understanding of semiconductor materials and chemical product applications.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and business acumen abilities.
• Capacity to translate customer manufacturing needs into operational priorities.
• Ability to evaluate the effects of supply and quality events.
• Competence in leading complex customer interactions.
• Capability to influence cross-functional decisions and drive solutions.
