This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage and provide support for comprehensive compensation programs, encompassing base salary, incentive plans, salary structures, job architecture, and annual compensation cycles.
• Perform market pricing and compensation analyses for hiring, promotions, transfers, and various compensation-related decisions.
• Assess positions and provide recommendations for job leveling and salary ranges.
• Assist in the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases and incentive schemes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR partners regarding pay recommendations and offer formulation.
• Analyze compensation data and generate reports, presentations, and insights for HR and business leadership.
• Maintain compensation structures, guidelines, and relevant documentation.
• Participate in pay equity assessments and other compensation-related analyses.
• Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies regarding compensation practices.
• Support compensation audits, due diligence, regulatory reporting, and necessary documentation.
• Investigate market trends, emerging compensation practices, and regulatory changes.
• Assist with compensation projects, process enhancements, and special initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of compensation experience, including market pricing, job evaluation, and salary management.
• Proven experience in supporting broad-based compensation programs within a complex organizational structure.
• Familiarity with compensation surveys and market data to inform pay decisions.
• Understanding of compensation principles, market pricing techniques, and salary administration methods.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting and conveying compensation data effectively.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• High attention to detail with the capacity to manage sensitive information discreetly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
