
Senior Specialist, Clinical Imaging – TMTT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform analysis of various imaging modalities for the case planning team that supports the TMTT US commercial team.
• Evaluate 3D Computed Tomography reconstructions to assess measurement appropriateness for anatomy and produce detailed imaging reports.
• Execute CT reconstructions that extend beyond the expertise of the field team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor the case planning workflow across multiple technical platforms in collaboration with analysts, field teams, sales operations, information technology, and external partners.
• Educate field teams and/or healthcare providers on the acquisition and interpretation of CT and other imaging modalities.
• Provide direction on the execution of case planning strategies.
• Input case planning measurements into CRM software.
• Identify deficiencies and suggest enhancements to the CT acquisition process.
• Create and develop image-analysis training materials for field support teams and healthcare practitioners.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and other process improvements.
• Engage in knowledge-transfer sessions to review complex cases and highlight process improvements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience as per Edwards criteria is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of prior clinical echocardiographic experience in a hospital setting is mandatory.
• Relevant cardiac imaging accreditation certification (e.g., RDCS or RCS) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Advanced understanding of the operation of relevant imaging equipment (2D or 3D TTE, TEE, ICE, CT, MRI, etc.).
• Experience or training in imaging analysis software (TomTec, 3Mensio, Xcelera, Vitrea, Circle VI, etc.) is a significant advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts related to cardiovascular imaging.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, etc.).
• Exhibits strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of effectively guiding and instructing imaging specialists in clinical environments regarding the operation of imaging equipment.
• Strong skills in diplomacy, influence, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated abilities in problem-solving, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration among inter-departmental teams, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders.
