Senior Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound sourcing for positions where the talent pipeline is limited or when inbound efforts are not sufficient.

• Seek out passive candidates utilizing Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various other methods.

• Execute high-volume, genuinely personalized outreach campaigns and persist through extended sourcing cycles.

• Engage in conversations with candidates to differentiate meaningful signals from noise before passing them to the hiring manager.

• Collaborate directly with hiring managers and leadership on search strategies and prioritization of outbound efforts.

• Act as the initial representative of Zocks for candidates who are not familiar with the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sourcing experience, preferably from an agency, retained search firm, or an in-house team focused on outbound strategies.

• Proficient in Boolean and X-ray search techniques along with other passive sourcing methods.

• Proven history of engaging and converting candidates who were not actively seeking new opportunities.

• Resourcefulness and ingenuity in identifying candidates and sourcing channels.

• Ability to handle a high volume of rejections and silence.

• Flexibility to adjust strategies during the search process as needed.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• A mindset of full ownership; capable of managing a search from start to finish.

• Must reside in one of the eligible states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, NE, NJ, NV, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, WI.
