This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Drive technical exploration across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams
β’ Establish technical requirements at the onset of sales cycles
β’ Create, position, and implement structured Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Proofs of Value (PoVs)
β’ Write custom code, scripts, and integrations tailored for client environments
β’ Set success criteria, evaluation frameworks, and prepare executive-level value summaries
β’ Impact decision-making via demonstrations, workshops, architectural reviews, and technical briefings for executives
β’ Convert AI security and governance functionalities into business value narratives
β’ Guide customers on responsible AI practices, secure AI model lifecycle management, software supply chain integrity, container security, and DevSecOps
β’ Oversee the implementation of governance controls throughout AI-enabled Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) workflows
β’ Offer architectural direction for agentic AI environments, policy-as-code enforcement, and identity and access governance
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships with technical advocates
β’ Influence wider buying groups and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion
β’ Sustain engagement following the initial sale
β’ Represent customer interests with Product and Engineering teams
β’ Collaborate with Post Sales and Support teams
β’ Create reusable technical resources such as workshops, demos, reference architectures, and enablement materials
β’ Assist in competitive sales strategies and devise technical winning approaches
β’ Inform clients about the product roadmap and provide product training
β’ Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise sales
β’ Strong background in executing competitive PoCs/PoVs with well-defined success and exit criteria
β’ Ability to engage confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders
β’ Comprehensive understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, DevOps, and contemporary application architectures
β’ Passion for developer tools
β’ Experience with Docker, container ecosystems, or related technologies is highly preferred
β’ Background in Development, Agentic AI development, Software Development Life Cycle, and/or Software Supply Chain is strongly preferred
β’ Proficiency in English
β’ Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
β’ Openness to travel to customer locations up to 25%
