Senior Solutions Engineer, Mid-Enterprise

📋 Description

• Drive technical exploration across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Security, and AI/ML teams

• Establish technical requirements at the onset of sales cycles

• Create, position, and implement structured Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Proofs of Value (PoVs)

• Write custom code, scripts, and integrations tailored for client environments

• Set success criteria, evaluation frameworks, and prepare executive-level value summaries

• Impact decision-making via demonstrations, workshops, architectural reviews, and technical briefings for executives

• Convert AI security and governance functionalities into business value narratives

• Guide customers on responsible AI practices, secure AI model lifecycle management, software supply chain integrity, container security, and DevSecOps

• Oversee the implementation of governance controls throughout AI-enabled Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) workflows

• Offer architectural direction for agentic AI environments, policy-as-code enforcement, and identity and access governance

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with technical advocates

• Influence wider buying groups and identify opportunities for cross-selling and expansion

• Sustain engagement following the initial sale

• Represent customer interests with Product and Engineering teams

• Collaborate with Post Sales and Support teams

• Create reusable technical resources such as workshops, demos, reference architectures, and enablement materials

• Assist in competitive sales strategies and devise technical winning approaches

• Inform clients about the product roadmap and provide product training

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise sales

• Strong background in executing competitive PoCs/PoVs with well-defined success and exit criteria

• Ability to engage confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders

• Comprehensive understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, containers, DevOps, and contemporary application architectures

• Passion for developer tools

• Experience with Docker, container ecosystems, or related technologies is highly preferred

• Background in Development, Agentic AI development, Software Development Life Cycle, and/or Software Supply Chain is strongly preferred

• Proficiency in English

• Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

• Openness to travel to customer locations up to 25%
