Senior Solutions Engineer – Messaging APIs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Analyze partner code and Postman collections to ensure integrations adhere to technical specifications.

• Assess and score technical integration requirements based on established rubrics.

• Act as the technical lead for various client projects throughout the integration process.

• Manage the technical components of client projects independently and escalate relevant issues to leadership when necessary.

• Deliver technical status reports and pinpoint recurring challenges in integrations.

• Suggest enhancements to technical processes and products informed by partner implementation trends.

• Contribute to feature and code enhancements for vendor onboarding tools related to Apple APIs.

• Enhance technical review processes and internal tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced Solutions Engineering skills with practical experience utilizing the WhatsApp Business API.

• Prior experience with the WhatsApp API at a prominent messaging platform, Business Solution Provider (BSP), or technology vendor.

• Capability to technically evaluate partner code, APIs, integrations, and Postman collections.

• Comprehensive knowledge of API integration requirements and the skill to evaluate implementations against set specifications.

• Proficient in writing and reviewing code directly; AI tools should be used as an aid rather than a replacement for practical technical skills.

• Ability to independently guide the technical elements of multiple client projects and recognize when escalation is warranted.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for refining technical processes and tools.

• Proficient in English with excellent professional communication skills and an understanding of U.S. business culture norms.

• Collaborative, intellectually curious, and adept at working with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of successfully passing a criminal background check.

• Available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the San Francisco time zone.
