This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, conduct demonstrations, prepare proofs of concept, respond to RFPs, and create design documentation, technical presentations, and enablement sessions.
• Spearhead technical and product sales while recommending optimal best-practice solutions.
• Assist customers in utilizing Twilio APIs effectively.
• Perform technical discovery to identify and understand customer challenges.
• Innovate and present solutions that address business challenges through design and demonstration.
• Construct and showcase interactive, intricate product demonstrations tailored for customers.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage low- to mid-complexity opportunities independently.
• Identify and tackle customer and organizational challenges.
• Lead small- to medium-sized technical projects with minimal supervision.
• Engage with the Solutions Engineering community by sharing knowledge, creating demonstration materials, and developing reusable presentations.
• Minimum of 5 years in pre-sales for complex, technical products or over 6 years of professional experience in supporting technical products along with customer-facing roles, particularly in delivery or consulting.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to build audience confidence and articulate complex subjects to various audience levels.
• Proficient in understanding customers’ communication needs and directing them towards technical solutions.
• Prior software development experience or familiarity in one or more relevant domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
• Anticipated travel of approximately 10%.
• Must reside outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State.
