Senior Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical advisor for enterprise clients and prospects during the evaluation, adoption, and expansion of the cybersecurity platform.

• Comprehend customer objectives, challenges, and security needs, aligning platform features with significant outcomes.

• Lead demonstrations, presentations, and technical narratives for both technical and executive audiences.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners to enhance revenue and extend market presence.

• Represent the organization at industry events, panels, webinars, and field activities.

• Create enablement materials, demonstrations, videos, architectural diagrams, and training resources for internal teams and partners.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success teams.

• Provide product feedback and innovation insights to the Product Management team.

• Lead and assist with Proof of Concepts that demonstrate measurable technical and business value.

• Stay informed about platform capabilities, beta features, upcoming enhancements, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Travel within the U.S. for customer interactions, industry events, partner meetings, and strategic field initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud, networking, systems engineering, or related technical domains.

• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.

• Demonstrated experience working with technical decision-makers and executives in enterprise settings.

• Deep understanding of public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Broad technical expertise across cybersecurity, cloud architecture, networking, AI, risk visibility, and IT modernization.

• Experience in designing and architecting solutions in on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-native environments.

• Ability to quickly learn modern technologies and excel in a rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of addressing diverse external audiences, including C-level executives.

• Proven experience and enthusiasm for public speaking, live demonstrations, and customer education.

• Experience in fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity startup environments.

• Familiarity with XDR, SIEM, CSPM, CNAPP, or modern detection/security posture technologies.

• Hands-on experience with API integrations, scripting, automation, or lightweight coding (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Experience delivering executive briefings, architecture workshops, or security maturity assessments.

• Background in SOC operations, threat hunting, or incident response.

• Experience working with or enabling MSSPs, GSIs, or Channel Partners.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA).

• Strong ability to convey technical stories, translating complex concepts into clear value for customers.

• Passion for mentoring, teaching, and sharing knowledge across internal teams.

• Experience with AI technology, such as applying AI/ML to cybersecurity workflows, utilizing LLMs or agentic AI for automation, or working with AI-driven detection and analytics systems.

• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CEH, CCSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CISA, or other ISACA certifications.

• Preferred certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.

• Preferred certifications in Kubernetes, DevOps, or Cloud Security specialization.
